Caution Deposit:
For those who have not received the Caution Deposit amount by means of adjusting with their final semester term fee, need to apply for the refund through e-Governance Portal (Academic Connect) within one year from the date of completion of your course, else the amount will be treated as lapsed as per norms. The status of refund may be viewed through "Academic Connect". The office of the Dean will only verify the account particulars, and then the process moves to e-Governance, where the refund amount is initiated, and the amount is directly credited to your bank account through NEFT by CeGov. So, any queries relevant to this process, you have to contact only CeGov, and not the office of the Dean.
Transfer Certificate:
Students must apply for the Transfer Certificate through e-Governance Portal (Academic Connect) as soon as they completed the course. Nodue clearance is mandatory for that process. The nodue status may be viewed through "Academic Connect", and the students can contact the respective centres/units if the nodue clearance is pending. Fine is applicable when the TC is applied after one year, and the rate of fine is: after 1 year but before 3 years: Rs.500/-; after 3 years but before 5 years: Rs.1000/-; after 5 years but before 10 years: Rs.2000/-; and after 10 years Rs.5000/-, and the amount has to be paid only through bank and the copy of the chellan has to be attached in such cases.
