CAUTION DEPOSIT REFUND QUERY REGARDING :


NOTE:


* The AUKDC has been renewed as Centre for e-Governance
* Please ensure you are finish all the caution deposit refund p[rocess before the end of a year from the date of completion of your course, else the money will lapse.

Stages:


* Students apply caution deposit in e-governance portal.
* Dean's office verify the particulars such as student Name and student Account Details are correct. you get a verify notice after Dean's office verification.
* The process moves to e-governance where the refund of money is initiated. Incase they are processing your application, e-governance will mention us pending status, you are requested to contact e-governance when you see pending ststus as the file is not with Dean's office. The caution depost money will be refunded to your account only by e-governance through online NEFT transfer.
If TC is applied after 1 year Rs.500/-; 3 years Rs.1000/-; 5 years Rs.2000/-; 10 years rs.5000/- from the period (month and year) as mentioned in the Provisional Certificate, the applicable amount has to be paid and copy of challan should be enclosed.
