Find answers to common questions about Hostel Admission process and requirements

For All Users (Students & Staff)

  1. Click "Sign Up"
  2. Enter:
    • Students: Roll Number
    • Staff: Employee ID
  3. Click "Send OTP" (Max 3 attempts; if exceeded, wait 24 hours)
  4. Enter OTP and set password (must include: 8+ characters, uppercase, lowercase, number, special character)
  5. After registration, click "Login" to proceed

For Students (One-Time Admission Processes)

  1. Go to Admission → Base Details, Enter information
  2. Note: Editable until confirmed. Verify carefully before submission.
  3. Upload documents:
    • Documents: (Address Proof, Aadhaar)
      • Size: 50-100 KB
      • Format: PDF
    • Photos: (Self, Parent, Guardian)
      • Size: ≤ 50 KB
      • Format: JPG
      • Dimensions: 35 × 40 mm

  1. Under Admission → Base Details, Verify payment details and Click "Pay Now"
  2. After payment, download receipt under Payments → Fee Receipt
  3. Note: If debited but receipt missing, wait 2 hours or contact Hostel Office (044-22352257).

  1. Go to Admission → Room Choice menu
  2. Select preferred room in allocated hostel
  3. Download the Triplicate Receipt containing:
    • Student copy
    • Mess copy
    • Block copy

After room selection, download Forms from Admission → Forms menu:

  1. Student Profile Form
  2. Undertaking Form
  3. Local Guardian Form (LGF)
  4. Student Admit Card
  5. Fee Receipt

Attach these additional documents:

  1. Aadhaar Xerox
  2. Admission Slip Xerox
  3. Allotment Order Xerox
Submission Instructions:
  1. Submit all documents to Boarding Clerk in Hostel Office.
  2. Retain "Student Copy".
  3. Submit "Mess Copy" to Mess Supervisor.
  4. Submit "Block Copy" to Hostel Watchman.

For Students (Recurring Processes)

  1. Go to Payments → Semester Fee, Pay fees
  2. Download:
    • Receipt under Payments → Fee Receipt menu.
    • Admit Card under Admission → Forms menu.
